Imposter Syndrome-What is it and how to overcome it.

We often limit our own ability to that of our upbringing and surrounding experiences that shape our decision making. Imposter syndrome can be defined as an assumption of lack or inability due to the comparison to others.

The easiest way to overcome this is to counter every thought of inadequacy with an affirmation. In that practice, you open your mind to what you are truly sent here to accomplish. 

Another key tool to cure imposter syndrome is assessing your goals from a personal standpoint without the opinions of others involved. What would it mean to you to accomplish a successful small business or in your personal life to get physically fit?

This question is pertinent in ascertaining whether you desire something for your own needs or the desires attributed to you by society. 

Releasing the urge to seek confirmation bias is a key element in overcoming Imposter Syndromw as well.
